This kit comes in 2 options, depending on the type of testing required.

The standard kit has one collection tube and is used for the collection in the morning.

Option 1

This kits can be used for the measurement of the following hormones.

E1 (estrione) , E2 (estrodiol) , E3 (estriol) , Progetserone, Testosterone, DHEA and Cortisol

This kit is prepaid to any two hormones selected. Any number above the two hormones is charged at $20 per hormone. Balance to be paid to lab on return of sample.

The other option which can be ordered is Adrenal Stress profile.


Option 2

This kit come with 4 collection tubes so sample can be collected throughout the day.

Preferably 8am (or when first awake), 12 mid-day, 4pm, and 8pm

It tests Cortisol for the 4 time durations and DHEA in the 8am collection.

This kit requires the balance of $60 to be paid to the lab on return of sample.

The overall cost of the test is offset by the initial purchase of the kit and a balance of cost is paid on the return of sample. This helps to spread the cost over two payments.
