This kit comes in 3 options, depending on the level of testing required.

You order the kit as a level 1, 2 or 3. The collection requirements and request form are specific to the level of testing. Each specific test has a different balance of payment for that test. The overall cost of the test is offset by the initial purchase of the kit and a balance of cost is paid on the return of sample. This helps to spread the cost over two payments.

Kit Options

Option 1: Level 1 Detox will test:
